Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. You have 10 days from when you receive your order to notify Neon Afrique of your decision to return your item for a refund or a size exchange of the same item (subject to availability). After 10 days of receipt, item cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please ensure that you consult our size guide before placing your order. You must contact us before you ship the item(s) you are returning. In your message, include the order number and reason for return.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased from us, we will gladly allow this provided:
– It is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– It is in its original packaging, and
proof of purchase is presented.
– Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
NOTE: For hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, clothing made to order with custom measurements are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
– Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
– If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
SHIPPING
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Return shipping is non-refundable.
– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
– If you are shipping an item over £50 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
